RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy

Due to the size, nature and handling requirements of surfboards and stand up paddle boards, all returns are subject to approval and must meet the conditions outlined below.

We recommend carefully reviewing product descriptions, dimensions and construction details before purchasing. If you have questions, please contact us prior to placing your order.

2. Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted if:

  • The product is unused, unmounted, and in original condition

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The board has no wax, fins installed, pressure dents, scratches or water exposure

  • The board is returned in original packaging or equivalent protective packaging

All returns must be authorised before shipping. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Boards that have been used in the water

  • Boards showing signs of wax, fins, pressure marks or damage

  • Custom orders, special editions or boards made to order

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

4. Shipping & Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We strongly recommend using insured and trackable freight, as we are not responsible for damage during return shipping

If a returned board is damaged in transit, the return may be refused.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your board arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of:

  • The board

  • The packaging

  • The damage or issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are not refunded unless the return is due to our error

7. Responsibility & Use

Surfing and paddling involve inherent risks. Once a board has been used, responsibility for performance, wear and suitability lies with the rider.
